I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. The front office is extremely unresponsive—they do not return calls in a timely manner, if at all. On top of that, scheduling seems very disorganized, and appointments are not handled correctly. It makes the entire process stressful and inconvenient. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling practices moving forward.

I really appreciate the staff at this location. The front desk are prompt with checking you in, taking payment and giving receipt..My physical therapist Jakiron Sheffield is VERY kind and patient and above all understanding..After my 4-6 weeks are up I will more than likely see if I can continue to pay to go there just to keep therapy as a routine..Thank you BSW PHYSICAL THERAPY MESQUITE
