Pamela at the Baylor Scott & White Kyle location is an outstanding physical therapist. After more than a year of shoulder issues, her knowledge, careful evaluations, and clear guidance got me back to feeling like myself again. I highly recommend her to anyone needing skilled, attentive physical therapy.
The staff is amazing. The ladies up front are friendly and well informed, if I need something, ask, and they will have an answer. From what I've seen while my session is in progress is that all the therapist have a smile on their face and helping there patients. I've never heard any patients complaining about anything. I'd like to give a special shout out to my therapist Victoria Ontiberos on the great work she has done for me. The location I go to is in Kyle off of Interstate 35, Baylor Scott & White is the place to be!

The therapists are wonderful- friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk is so nice and professional. It is clear that everyone at B S & W OP Therapy works as a team for the benefit of the patient.
