BS&W Rehab center in Terrell has excellent customer service; from the time you enter the facility you’re greeted immediately and are welcomed by your assigned Physical Therapist. Richard Brown is my PT and he is very personable as well as knowledgeable. He explains the exercises and the reason behind each as well as the benefit. If at any time you are in distress they encourage you to advise them accordingly. Every employee at this facility is so nice and friendly. I was dreading physical therapy but I was so wrong. It’s a great experience!
The Staff were friendly, and Dr. Egan was very caring and helpful with everything, understanding.
