Front office staff needs work. I waited to hear from this office about my benefits prior to treatment. I received two calls from different staff members with two different statements about my insurance. Benefits not verified at all up until the very day of my appointment. Even though I had been scheduled for a week. Incompetent! I'm disappointed. Remember, healing starts at the front desk all the way through to treatment.
Tony is my P T technician. . And he is very detailed and if you want to get better Tony will do his best.to help you get back your movement and motions and strength. He is so dedicated in doing his job.. He loves to give a understanding why we are doing certain exercises whether it's movement are strengthening he explains very well 👍🏾.
This facility is great. Mouhamed is an excellent therapist and has taken such a thorough approach to assess my injuries.
Levery Arion thoroughly diagnosed my problem and sent in the correct medication.
Rehabilitation works. It works especially well if the facility is well equipped, staffed with competent and caring physical therapists, and has a good admin staff. Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Therapy In Terrell checks all of the boxes and more. I have managed to tear my self up several times. And therapy has been my savior. This center is as good as it gets.
