My experience has been very good. The staff at the center, starting with the receptionist and the professionals who assisted me, are very kind. They are very attentive and caring with the patients, especially the elderly. They are assertive and very empathetic, and they treat me very well. I recommend it to everyone.
If you need rehab, this is the place. The therapists are compassionate and so knowledgeable in all aspects of physical therapy. Highly recommend!
I have been treated at BSW Outpatient Therapy multiple times over the past few years and each time I was made to feel like I was the most special patient in the clinic.. This group of therapist, lead by the manager Chelsea, all possess outstanding professional skills and in additionally possess outstanding people and communication skills. You will always be on the road to recovery here!!!
Starting going there a few weeks ago, and everything has been great. The service is awesome , the front office personal is friendly and helpful. My Physical Therapist Nicole is the best, she knows what she is doing, every time I have a question she explains it well. I highly recommend her.
