I'm sure the staff provide great care. But, accessibility from the parking lot to the clinic is terrible. Additionally, there's no wifi for waiting family.
Everyone there has been super friendly from the staff at the front desk to the therapist I've seen. Alison has been great as the OT I'm seeing and we're making great progress. She's thorough and thinks outside the box and listens to my thoughts as well. Beau and Raquel at the front desk are always so friendly and keep me entertained while waiting for my appointment to start. I might get more cat bites on purpose just so I can visit more often!!
