We were a walk in today and it was a wonderful experience. Ryne Johnson deserves a diet dr. pepper for his incredible bedside manner! So thankful for how kind, supportive and helpful he was!
I called ahead and was told this clinic doesn’t do appointments and it closes at 4 and I can just walk in, because it’s a walk in clinic. The lady who greeted me was not very nice, and I read a Google review saying that before I came in, but gave her the benefit of the doubt at the time. I was having a hard time when I came in, and she said walk ins close at 3:30 (I came in a little after that as I had to get a baby sitter after finally finding an available orthopedist) and then she tried to get me to set up an appointment. ... read more
I’m sure the Dr. and other staff are probably wonderful, but I think that the receptionist who greeted me had beef with me in a former lifetime because it seemed like she couldn’t care less if I lived or died that day. I was kinda dying, but oh well.
