They had all my medical history and still did not deliver! The doctor that I saw I did like her (this was not her fault as she's an APRN still) but knowing my goals and the reason why I went there -100% bad. I was specifically told that I could get what I needed there taken care of. Tracy lied and now I'm not getting anything out of it. Tracy also told me she would give me a refund it’s been over a month still no refund! Tracy lied again!! So disappointed!😢

I was inquiring prenatal care at Baylor Scott & White OBGYN Frisco to see Dr. Bridges. I was absolutely ecstatic to have Dr. Bridges deliver my baby given the increase of Black Maternal Mortality rate in the USA. I wanted to feel comfortable and safe during my prenatal care and birth process ; but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessionalism of the scheduler, Nicole Sparks. Dr. Chitnis is the best doctor. She is caring, personal, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have never had a doctor with such great bedside manners. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN.
