Waco is lucky to have Dr. Schwartze, I found out he is not only usually rated the best doctor, he is not only a board certified neurologist but also boarded in internal medicine. He is also so kind and so professional, but also funny!! I hope he practices many more years. As for the wait time is long, he is the only clinical neurologist at BSW Hillcrest. The others resigned because not seeing enough patients.
I had an appointment scheduled since February for July 9, 2024 at 10:20am and at 9:30 was called by Janette in the office to reschedule for a late appointment today or for the next available in November. When I voiced my irritation about the last minute notification on this and was asked what time would work this afternoon, I stated 1pm then told I could be worked in at 3:00pm with an arrival time of 2:30.
