Came in with my kid having severe back pain, limping, after playing sports today. Brought her in hoping for an x-ray, urgent care was closed. After almost 3 hours of sitting (with an injured back) in the lobby, she could no longer take the pain, so we left for treatment somewhere else. We watched people come and some go. She simply cried wondering why no one checked in, sent her for an x-ray, absolutely nothing. 2 stars simply because the initial check-in lady was kind.

So terrible. Wait times are ridiculous. Doctors and nurses seem to not care about their patients at all.

Absolutely so grateful for the kind and quick service I received at the ER for my son. I was completely hysterical and so stressed out and they never once invalidated my feelings or made me feel awful. They truly help with so much compassion and understanding from start to finish. They were also so gentle and kind to my baby with having to taoe vitals and even when they needed to take blood. Absolutely amazing staff and could not have been more grateful to be in yalls arms and care. Best ER ever thank you guys so much
