The nursing staff and the doctors were great. Unfortunately, the woman who checked me in in the 2nd floor did not look in the right place for the financial aid approval, and asked me AGAIN if I had insurance, when I had just answered that question the day before. There is ALWAYS a problem when calling Financial Assistance, and being transferred numerous times, hung up on because the employees don't know to work a phone. The doctors here should be in jail. They keep giving my roommate drug addict more and more drugs and they are going to kill him yet no one seems to care.

Worst hospital and healthcare provider ever. Lack of communication, unprofessional staff, disorganized, and surprise bill experts. Given this is primarily a senior citizen provider, it make sense why they think they can treat patients like this. Protect your loved ones and take them elsewhere if you have a choice. Otherwise hold them accountable and contact the state medical board with your complaints bc BSW won't handle it.
