The lady at the front desk( blonde hair) was very rude she acted like she was doing me a favor by looking at me I had to get her attention she did not even look up from her phone then I had to walk around to “her side” I usually get some nice helpful people at the front desk but not this one!!!
I’ve had two positive experiences related to two different surgeries. No complaints.
Very disappointing experience. We went to BSW Pflugerville for a doctor visit and lab orders, and staff then directed us to BSW Round Rock for the blood work because the lab was closed. Since both are Baylor Scott & White locations, we reasonably believed the billing would be handled the same way. No one informed us in advance that this change in location could significantly increase our out-of-pocket cost, and no estimate of our likely responsibility was provided before the labs were done. If you are able to, GO.. RUN to a different ER. The doctor there on June 5,2026 told me “you’re fine, nothing urgent is happening and to just come back in 3 days if pain persists.” My husband took me to a different ER (St David’s around the corner and the Doctor did scans over and labs over and called over to Baylor to compare , sat down next to me and apologized on behalf of Baylor for NOT TELLING ME THAT I HAD TRAPPED KIDNEY STONES AND A KIDNEY INFECTION. This Doctor got my pain under control AND gave me a strong antibioti... read more
