It took 6 weeks and numerous phone calls to tell me the outrageous charge of $1150 for a steroid shot and 15 min follow up visit was correct and the balance after insurance was due. On 12/29/15, I was told my complaint against Dr Kory Williams would be referred to Patient Relations and they would call me. It is now 1/17/16 and I still haven't heard from anyone.
