Scheduling the appt was a pain but once I date it into the office everything was a breeze Everyone was so kind and helpful. Sharon was so sweet, she talked to me through my entire biopsy and then walked me out. Followed up the next day. She is just a doll! The doctor was very soft spoke ln but great as well. Even the girls at the front desk had a great smile and were very helpful.
I'll preface this review by stating that I have never gone to any doctor appointment anywhere that, at precisely the time of my appointment, I've been taken right back. That's just not realistic in healthcare. I had one of the worst experiences at this imaging center. They showed absolutely no respect for appointment times — despite having a confirmed slot, I ended up waiting far longer than any reasonable person should. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the staff can’t honor it? On top of that, the courtesy and communication were terrible. Positive experience every time I visit. Nice staff. I recently had a biopsy. I was nervous. Sharon was one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. She explained everything before my biopsy and stayed with me during the procedure. Sharon’s heart for healing and helping others made all the difference.
Told my wife she was In Network which is a lie.
