I have had the best experience here. Dr. Chen, and Sharon and both of the individuals who handled my ultrasounds were amazing, sweet and kind. I need to give a huge thank you most of all to Destiny In the front office. She is kind, friendly and helped me speed up getting my images on a disk. Most people in this daunting healthcare journey seem to be checking a box. But not the women’s imaging center. They go above and beyond. Thank you all for making me feel that someone cares for my health as much as I do.

Find a different hospital as this one will charge you more as they do not have proper specialists and utilize Radiology Associates of North Texas which are out of network and will charge you twice. Don't go to Baylor, avoid and find better options elsewhere.

Scheduling the appt was a pain but once I got into the office everything was a breeze Everyone was so kind and helpful. Sharon was so sweet, she talked me through my entire biopsy and then walked me out. Followed up the next day. She is just a doll! The doctor was very soft spoken but her confidence and precision were amazing. Even the girls at the front desk had smiles and were very helpful.

My nurses were awesome during my biopsy. The doctor did great. Had my biopsy done one week and one day ago. The Doctor Who did it told me I should have my results Thursday but more likely Wednesday and here we are Tuesday. I called them yesterday. The lady I spoke with on the phone gave me dead silence for 30 seconds when I told her what I was told and hellooooo…. I was told that the women’s imaging people were going to contact me back with my results. That’s what I was understood by even my husband understood that, but I go... read more
