The care and service from beginning to end was the best I have ever seen. I was in there for double inguinal hernia surgery and my wife and I just kept saying what great service we had throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this hospital.
emergency room doctors are useless, they are incompetent and will not return phone calls or request to refill prescriptions. I have been here three times now as Grapevine Fire Department took me here because how close it was to me. I wont be back. The room I was in for two nights was a disaster and not very clean. I will say the staff and nurses were very good, but the doctors are very poor.
This Place should be SHUT DOWN!!! I'd rather lose my arm than to pay 2 arms and legs even with my PPO insurance.... Don't Go There! They pay for the Ambulance companies to bring them patients.... They NEED to BE SHUT Down! You are better off going to - Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake
