Absolutely appalling experience at Baylor! My husband arrived at 1am with severe back pain and it's now 7am. After 6 hours of waiting, we're still in the waiting room with no sign of a doctor. Baylor needs to seriously step up their game and prioritize patient care. This is unacceptable.
Super friendly and efficient staff. They made a very bad day for me a lot less miserable.
The staff were very nice and quick to help. We got in ina timely manner. The Dr and nurse were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was in a lot of pain and with the treatment the pain went away, I am much better now. Thank you guys so much.
