Worst hospital I’ve experienced in my adult life. While new to Texas, I contracted COVID for the first time in all these years. This hospital failed on so many levels. I truly felt based upon comments made to me that when they triage people, they’ve done their due diligence. It’s like all care stopped. Unfortunately my experience prior to being put into a room was very poor. Triage nurse Michelle had a very bad attitude when I needed someone to help not give an attitude. Her charge nurse Jeff comes into the triage room assuming me as the patient yelled at triage nurse Michelle. It was a very poor experience as I was crying screaming in intense pain.
