2025. Left me looking for a new PCP due to insurance changes. I wasn’t able to keep my previous PCP Dr. Brenda Wallace. I didn’t want to switch to a new PCP. Kim Middleton, NP for Dr Shalek has treated me and my husband Frank Cheatham for the last several years. She is very smart, kind, thorough and pays attention to every detail. She spends allot of time with her patients and listens to and addresses every concern you bring to her.
