While I love NPJulie Briscoe, who i saw for many years, BSW makes it difficult to even get the help that I need when I need it. Refusing to refill medications until I return for a visit but then primary care appointments are months out is absurd. I’ve now moved to a different area and was staying within BSW but now I’m rethinking that. I’ve been taking this medication for almost 20 years and now I’m being denied because of rules I guess. When your doctor orders imaging for you, there is apprehension of what to expect. Melissa at the BSW Imaging Center in Forney immediately calmed my fears/concerns. She was very professional and also very kind. Thank you so much!

Professionals there, from Jessica at the front desk to Dr. Aaron Ashton, who reviewed my images. When my Baylor primary doctor (Rockwall) had me pissed about their complete lack of customer service, this office restored my confidence in the corporation. Forney's staff almost seems eager to retain clientele - they know we have choices in where we go.

Staff is great but the billing has some huge quirks. The cost of CT scan without contrast (as per my insurance) in this location should be $978. But what I got was more than 2x. Also, the name of the place billing me is not BSW or Lake Pointe imaging as the insurance team pointed. It comes by a different name. Had to call BSW billing to get this sorted out.
