I recently visited the imaging center for a routine ultrasound, but was surprised to see that they billed it as if I had stayed in the hospital overnight. My insurance covered the procedure as though it was an inpatient stay, leading to unexpectedly high charges.

My dad got rescheduled to this location, being a machine was out at his original location. Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate him!! Thanks Jessica!!!

I work at Baylor Scott and White Lake Pointe Imaging Center, in Forney. I have had to use our imaging services as a patient through our Baylor Scott and White Lake Pointe Emergency Room, and as an outpatient. I recieved great care. There have been so many changes in the necessary steps that our receptionists and schedulers have to go through to ensure that the necessary insurance information and order information is correct and has been verified. Probably one of the rudest places I have been to. Jessica (lady at the front desk) and one of the techs kept whispering, as Jessica was trying to assist me (she called me up to the window) and I get to the window and she’s ignoring me. The whole process for me was unacceptable, similar to the guy in Sunnyvale, Garry in the intake department. He was texting her boss, as Baylor made a mistake on the day of surgery.
