what is the deal with customer service. had cats an this morn. went friday and picked up contrast to drink this morn. i picked up the contrast at the lab radiology depart at the bsw surgical hospital. radiology girl told me to come back there on tues morn. went back this morn. WRONG PLACE. GO DOWN THE STREET TO CADTLE BLDG. i’ll call them and tell them you are coming. get there, get checked in. and WAITED. finally the tech calls me and i asked why i had to wait. your were late!!! stupid stupid!!

Had a recent hip injection . All the people there very friendly and I was in and out within about total 30 min with checking in and the shot ! That's fast service but I was in at 10am. Thanks BS&W ♥️
This place was awesome! I'm extremely claustrophobic and the MRI machine was perfect for that..but what made it even better was the front desk girl she was sweet as pie! Explains everything well and made me feel right at home..I should have got her name but she was working today August 11th 1030 am..I needed to take medication I brought and they gave me a Shasta! WHAT? TY SO MUCH! I was scared not going to lie! Lol that girl needs a raise! The guy helping me was awesome to..he didn't say much but I have no complaints whatsoe... read more
