Bring a coat, and plan on a long visit. Actual blood draw was fast, but it started an hour late. All made worse by the fact that it was 62 degrees in the waiting room. The receptionist laughed at me when I brought it up. Even the staff were wearing coats. Ridiculous.
Had to have two different MRI done and the staff was great. I was afraid but they made me feel comfortable by telling me step by step what they were going to do and what to be expected.
I want to sincerely compliment Jeff after a wonderful visit. Jeff was very communicative about the whole process. Very kind person who made my visit very comfortable while I was there.
what is the deal with customer service. had cats an this morn. went friday and picked up contrast to drink this morn. i picked up the contrast at the lab radiology depart at the bsw surgical hospital. radiology girl told me to come back there on tues morn. went back this morn. WRONG PLACE. GO DOWN THE STREET TO CADTLE BLDG. i’ll call them and tell them you are coming. get there, get checked in. and WAITED. finally the tech calls me and i asked why i had to wait. your were late!!! stupid stupid!!
