Can’t ever get a hold of someone on the phone. And the nurses are always trying to argue about something.
Had massive billing issues with this BSW clinic. When they called about a past due balance I told them I had receipts showing the copay was paid (prior to being seen by the physician) at home and would have to call back at a later date to submit said receipts, only to be sent to collections the very next day. I called billing and talked to manager Ethan only to be told there was nothing they could do!
We walked in and they told me we would get to us very soon and now it’s been 4 hours later and we are now in a room and a doctor came in and then told us that she accidentally came in that she was supposed be in the room next door and I asked if she could go ahead and see her and she said no that another doctor would come in here later on. After this I won’t come back here again and they wasn’t busy when we came in. No one was in the waiting room
