Highly recommend- have visited Baylor Scott and White Marketplace multiple times over recent months and have received incredible care for my children. Competent and kind doctors and nurses who truly listen and care for their patients. Clean facility with spacious waiting room. Feel very taken care of at Marketplace Clinic. Thank you!
Refused to see my mother Sunday when noone was in the waiting room. The staff was playing on there phones doing nothing. She had to call an ambulance go to the hospital to be seen. Healthcare is a joke to these people. It says on door walk ins welcome but they refused.
Today at my arrival, I was assisted by Jennifer P. during my patient check in. Jennifer was very courteous, friendly and really showed compassion in getting me back healthy and back to work. Thank you Jennifer for showing outstanding customer service!
My visit to Baylor Scott & White at the Central Texas Marketplace was nothing short of amazing. Front desk was friendly & efficient. The nurse that took my vitals was super nice and professional- she took her time to listen to my symptoms. Dr. Popejoy was friendly, listened and didn’t rush. X-Ray tech was on point. If you need to see a doctor, go to BSW at Central Texas Marketplace! On my way to feeling better!
