Needed to be seen on a Saturday. So I called several times between 8 and 9 am. Never got anyone to pick up the phone. So I decided to go in as a walk in. As I have done several times before. So I was told on arrival. That I would have to make an appointment. So I ask for another location I could go to as a walk in. They sent me to a BS&W clinic by Hillcrest. Great service, fast and friendly! Dr and staff were so helpful and kind.
I've called all day to try and make appointment for my child! No one answers the phone! This was a suggested place being as our current physician has no openings! It leaves only one option- er visit for something that could be a office visit!
