Was told by the sales rep she was going to set up our premiums to be deducted through my mom’s SS check. It worked. She’s gets close to $300 taken out every check but BSW claims it doesn’t receive any money from SS. I have had to pay out of my pocket the premium every month. The CSR reps tell me I needed to complete the form & send it to BSW to elect having the premiums taken out of her check. READ THE REVIEWS!! THEY WILL DROP YOUR COVERAGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We pay on time every time on autopay. They failed to charge my account. My bank has ZERO record of their attempt. I have sent emails and phone calls. I have had the bank talk to them directly saying that the issue is on BSW's side. After about a month we are nowhere and no end in sight. Their response to this review is just another worm hole. I will NEVER use their service again. Thanks for nothing Baylor Scott and White Health Plan!!
Due to the fact they use a company called EviCore to authorize test ordered by THEIR doctors makes me want to scream. If they don’t trust their doctors then why bother to see them. Baylor Scott and White I am so disappointed in you!!! You get what you give in the end!!!
I got a Tetanus shot on 4/27 during my Medicare Wellness Check. BSW is billing me directly and the shot is covered by Medicare Part D. I called your 800 number and they said they could not bill my part D plan. My part D plan is thru Wellcare Value Script. I Don't understand why you cannot bill the Part D Insurance Company
