I am a new Patient of Dr. Looney in Highland Village., he is such a caring and patient Gentleman. I am so very Pleased with the care and professionalism of all Staff Members at Dr.Looney's Office , including friendly Office Manager Jennifer. There is also a Lab on site which I appreciated. Thank you All. .
