Dr. Robert Norris and Michael Elrod were amazing. They were so fast and friendly. I haven’t had this much courtesy before at an emergency room especially considering my not so emergency condition for being treated. Amazing people. Jennifer Williams Seen 7/27/20
No complains about this office, they are busy but still try to do their best for their patients. My family has seen few doctors in this office and we just appreciate their services. Highly recommended.
I have been a patient at this facility in the past and have found the medical staff to be friendly and efficient. So I had no qualms about bringing my Mom here. As usual the staff was great. But Dr. Jonathan Walker was insufferably rude and arrogant and I assume he thought we were deaf because he spoke so loudly that it was annoying. Total Care Crowley was my Dr for years. Nice folks. My wife insisted I cancel my BCBS insurance to be added to her BSW. I can't attest to the medical services at this BSW location. The health records of 80 million people were hacked recently. I was asked for my Social Security number. I calmly stated I do not give out my SS number. I was told I have to.
