Update: *Issue Resolved* The practice itself is amazing and the nurses, staff and the doctors are kind, empathetic and caring. This was a call center issue and not the practice itself. This entire company doesn’t know its head from its a$$. We scheduled appointments as new patients with a doctor three months ago. Got a call today that that was scheduled in error… less than a week from our appointments. My husband has sever health issues and needs a primary doctor but now, we are without anyone. The only reason this is getting two stars is because Dr. Henry, our pediatrician, is great. I'm not one to leave bad reviews - but this place is a train wreck. It's horrible. Every time we call with a concern about our son, we're told to go to the ER. They don't even try to schedule a problem appointment, ever. It's only good for wellness checks. They will never see him if he's sick. We are self pay, and we're recently slapped with a huge, very unexpected bill that made no sense because we pay for every service before we lea... read more
