We absolutely love Dr Coston and his nurse!!
I waited over a year for this appointment with Dr. Jackson, paid as a self-pay patient, and drove more than an hour to get there — only to be told at check-in that they couldn’t accept payment from me because of my insurance. What makes it worse is that I called three different times before this appointment to confirm that everything was fine, and not once did anyone mention that there would be a problem with payment.
