I just called to schedule an urgent appt that was referred by my doctor on yesterday and the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and continued to over talk me and would not listen and demonstrated a complete lack of decorum. I have requested a referral to a new doctor as I refuse to be treated with such disrespect with my first point of contact. If you are having a bad day then don't come to work and take it out on others.

I have been calling the number to make an appointment for 2 weeks. no answer, but aparently my call is 'important to them'. :|

Adrianna with the front office staff is vile. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer experience, just trying to get answers on where to send my referral and how to get it seen after waiting and calling numerous times a week for a month with no answers. She was unhelpful and so rude for no reason, with responses that she was trying to get a rise out of me for some unknown reason. I just called and the scheduling coordinator asked if I had a referral from a primary care to be seen as a new patient. I informed her no, and I am on a PPO plan which allows me to see any physician/specialist without a referral. She informed me that they would not see me without one. She said it was 'physician's choice'. What a crock!
