The LAB has poor ethical practices..while they leave for lunch, they leave a sign that can be easily seen 3 or 4 feet away..but if you walk up to the counter there is a clip board with a sign-in sheet..it requires you to put your name & date of birth...clearly violating medical privacy/HIPPA policies... if you do not approach the counter, because there is no one there..you will not sign-in..which of course will place you at the end of the 'line' no matter when you arrived ..of All the technological check-in options BSW uses.... read more
