Got my appointment cancelled twice. No text messages, no emails. They said they called. Their process to cancel appt is horrible. They don’t confirm that their patient knows that their appt is cancelled. If this was a one time thing I would understand. But it happened twice and I never got to meet the doctor for a follow up. I’m now switching doctors.

My husband was a patient here and had been seeing Dr. Cloud for a few years before he went in during what we now know was a “severe ulcerative colitis” flareup in June of 2024. He had been suffering for 5 weeks, lost 25lbs, and could hardly get out of bed or even hold our baby due to how low his energy was. I was a patient of Dr Cloud's who has moved clinics and downsized. He was amazing! The new physician Dr Genevieve Hattinngh leaves much to be desired. She's here one week and gone the next. If you only need a dr sometimes, this is the dr for you. If you need a doctor to care about you, listen to your symptoms, and treat you like a human being. Do not go to her. Worst care ever. I have never had such mismanaged care in my entire life.
