Not a lot of doctors offices in the area but this is one of the worst of them. Got a bill for an office visit texted to me from almost 2 years ago. Huh? Completely incompetent billing department. Then another issue; the colonoscopy clinic they set me up with never got back to me with a schedule. I had to look for a separate clinic on my own and setup the appointment. This place just sucks all round.
I was looking for a more natural dr as mine retired after many years. Called BS&W to see if they had a lady that didn't focus on medicines. Dr Benton was recommended as change your lifestyle and exercise. So I tried her. When my bloodwork came back showing my bad cholesterol was one point over she was ready to put me on meds. She didn't tell me my good cholesterol was way over. My other Dr told me for years "I don't know how you do it but your good cholesterol is 3 times higher than your bad and cancels out the bad." My husband and I both have been seeing Dr Benton for many years. We love her. She takes time to listen and she doesn’t hesitate to tell you what her thoughts are on your complaints.
Dr Benton and her entire staff are awesome! Been seeing her for several years and she’s been great every visit.
