Prompt services, Nursing and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Medical staff is good at listening and gives solutions and advice that is beneficial. Pleasant experience
Parked near the door, immediately checked-in upon entering. Updated my ID easily with the kindly provided assistance. Waited less than 10 minutes and I was getting my vitals taken. Less than 5 after that the dr was with me. Dr. Ramsey is great. Thorough, considerate and genuine. 5 stars will return.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I originally had an appointment scheduled, but the office texted me a new time. What I didn’t realize (and was never clearly explained) was that the text also changed the date. Because of that, I unintentionally missed the appointment.
