On my 3rd attempt to get blood work done. Both my doctor and their secretary insisted that the clinic is open on Saturday. Strike 1. Website confirmed hours of operation. Show up at 7 am as the website said. Nope, lab doesn’t open until 8 am (only this week apparently). I can’t wait until the next time I arrange my day around a lab visit. I’m sure it will be hassle free. Also looking forward until I get the random $100 charge that always pops up for no reason. I love being passed around from line to line for hours.
