I live a distance from clinic and had multiple errands to run only my only off day this week. I go to clinic one hour early due to mistiming and she would even check me in so if others didn’t show I could accomplish my mission. As a physician who is a patient I feel it’s important to try to accommodate your pts when possible and not affecting other patients .😔 Love the lab technicians just a few of the check in individuals
I went in for a check up on a soar throat. It took 30 minutes and the doctor told me it is a virus and it will go away on its own. At first, I paid $126 then later found out the whole visit costs $506! They spent most of the visit trying to convince me to come back. My family of five will never use B.S.&W. They are the greediest healthcare system I've ever come across and that is saying a lot!
Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is terrible! Lazy, snarky, and unmotivated if you will… these people should not be working in healthcare.
Only 1 person allowed with the patient. No matter if it's your own kids. The nurses seem so miserable and show no emotion.
