Years ago, when I was on a search for a new primary care provider, I located this location and Dr. Laura Salazar. I had been having numerous issues with Austin Diagnostic Clinic locations and figured it was worth a shot to try Baylor Scott & White. Several years later, and multiple visits to this location, I could not be happier with the level of care I receive here. Young people beware-This location is the worst BSW location I’ve ever been to in the entire state of Texas. The 2 women behind the desk, seem to be required to talk openly/ gossip and laugh about patients sensitive information even joking about violating HIPPA. The woman with dyed blue/ purple hair, made a backhanded comment when asking / demanding I pay for a deposit that wasn’t due nor was any of her business in front of other patients and informed me that collections will handle it when the time passes. 5 stars for 2 of the Doctors (Dr Oberwetter & Dr Chavez) who remain at this Clinic & 1 star for the whole Baylor Scott & White system. When I needed them (any of the Baylor Clinics including Bee Caves) for a follow up after a hospital visit nothing was available for weeks at any of the clinics. I found an alternative in MarbleFalls but it cost quite a bit of money to do the follow up. PS this clinic lost Dr MaryAnnRodriguez so another great Doctor gone
