The urgent care is clean and fast and the staff is very friendly. But something is juts broken about Customer Support at BSW - good luck trying to get hold of anyone to follow up on something as basic as a prescription. I spent 30 mins (good!) in the urgent clinic and 2 hours trying to hunt my prescription - starting with a visit to the pharmacy, then someone via phone to check on status of prescription.
