When you first walk in the building it seems a little confusing for check-in. There are two clinics there in the same building even though it says Cardiology. Upon check-in I was standing in line to be check-in by the Cardiology clinic but another staff member (Yolanda) directed me to her window and told me to wait to be called. Yolanda did not inform the Cardiology staff that I was checked-in and thus causing me to wait more than an hour (75 minutes) to be seen. Several patients were in and out within 30 minutes.
