I've been a patient at this clinic for many many years. Always had outstanding care and service until Baylor Scott & White took over. Today I wanted to make a follow up appointment. You no.longer can call the office directly. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Today I switched my clinic choice to Cedar Creek Clinic.
They are by far the hardest people to get a hold of..I have been told they would call me back on a few occasions and I still haven't heard anything. 😠
