I came to the ED after having neck surgery last week. I was having severe muscle spasms every few seconds for several hours. I came in and was taken immediately to a room by the most awesome nurse, Melissa, who started my IV on the first try. This is a very big deal for me because it usually takes 5-15 tries to get an IV on me. Jennifer the NP was very kind and helpful and did everything she could do to help me. It was a very good experience.

Diagnostic Services: MRI My daughter went for MRI. Being a typical, inexperienced 20 year old she was oblivious to the cost and need to ask pertinent questions, and the carbon copy of cost estimate that she received was mostly illegible; therefore, when the bill arrived I was astounded by the cost.
