Terrible experience. Staff is negligent and doesn't care about you. If you need great care and staff to help you when you need it... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are way better alternatives out there.
I am one of the patients of Dr. Rosen. when she was on maternity leave, no one in the office took care of her patients. I have already lost my surgery appointment, because they did not send the referral letter. although they look nice, they cannot handle difficult situations.
Just drove all the way here with my newborn for a 9:30am appointment and they said it was cancelled. No call from them. Clearly this shows their lack of effort for patients, I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Staff and Dr’s don’t care.
