Terrible experience and worst customer service ever. I'm generally not one to write bad reviews but these folks are impossible to work with and I've spent hours of my time trying. One of my family members had a single visit here. Given a written and verbal estimate ahead of the visit for $173, which we paid on the date of service. They said the second visit would be almost $500 since "that was what was remaining on our deductible" (which should have nothing to do with the reasonable and customary charge for a follow up visit... read more
