I would not suggest this credit union, mostly due to the location, and I felt there was a bit of incompetence. I had an issue with a debit card transaction. When I called to get additional information, I was told I needed to call the credit card company. I had to repeat that it was a debit card, not a credit card. She wasn't able to assist me with filing a dispute; she had to place me on hold and ask someone else how to handle that issue. I was later told I would have to pay a fee to stop payment. Mysteriously an installment loan popped up on my credit report from this credit union, and the bureau told me who opened the loan, and that I was listed as a cosigner. I verified with the person that they did, indeed, take out the loan before meeting with Janice, the loan officer. Janice would not respond until I emailed twice. She then brought the VP, and some other woman in, and they all treated me as if I were lying or trying to run something fraudulent. Been with the Credit union for over 20 years always had the best rates for auto loan. Super friendly staff, One stop shop for my auto loan. I have finance over 8 cars with them just because i can.
