Do not use this facility they are very unprofessional. The office staff is very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Matin refused to write a simple letter of explanation of medical necessary to an insurance company. Office staff states guess you will just have to pay the bill. Gastric bypass is a life or death and requires yearly blood work for the rest of your life.
