I appreciate the Dr Adcock will always talk with me about my health decisions. His assistant Laura is also terrific. They both make me feel very comfortable discussing my health with them.
I have been going to Dr Adcock in Rockwall several years now and have never felt better about my doctor, the staff or treatment there.
As usual Dr. Adcock and his staff did a great job. They centered on problems I was having. From this they came up with care plan for my issues.
Dr Adcock and Lauren are the most helpful and friendly people i know. I would recommend them and Baylor Scott and White to all of my family and friends.
BSW portal system will be a reason I will discontinue being their patient unless it gets solved immediately. I had abnormal lab readings which I was requested to do a follow up blood draw. I continued to check for follow ups through the portal app in the message section for over 2 months with nothing showing. Only by going to my next Dr. appointment and questioning them on why I had not heard anything and did I learn that it would not come in the message section of the portal app. I was informed you had to go the app and typ... read more
