So sad, loved the doctor but front desk staff (Leah) so rude, nasty, and ALWAYS had an attitude. Even BCBS employees made comments to me about her attitude. Not to mention she does NOT look into billing discrepancies....you have to do it. You call insurance, get documents then either have to fax (who faxes anymore?!) Or go by there in person. Question your balances and co-pays, they charge them when they shouldn't but blame it on insurance who then states they didnt bill it correctly. Too much trouble for me, I am looking fo... read more
