Today is Sunday, March 1st, 2026, between 10:30pm to 11pm, Shannon, RN with head covering in blue color scrub uniform, shooed me away while I was walking at the hallway. This woman lacks finese in dealing with patient and she has the worst bedside manner or skills of all Baylor Hospital nurses I have been to. She was so disrespectful, impatient and lazy. Nurses and doctor were great. Awesome bedside manner, caring and great sense of humor. Thanks for treating my daughter tonight and putting her mind at ease.
The people at this hospital, from the nurses, doctors, and even front desk staff are kind, personable and actually care about the people that come in. I have had bad experiences at hospitals before that, and this hospital was the antithesis to that. They quickly got me back to run tests, explained everything they were doing, they were kind, answered questions, genuinely care about my issues and everything was fast and well done.
