Horrible ER was there for 7 hours, after I had my own room, had an MRI and they had to be sent off because the doctor told me he can’t read them. Took two hours for a cup of water and the nurse at the nurse station was rude and unprofessional. I have insurance and wasn’t seeking drugs and don’t understand how horrible this experience was

Do not go to this emergency room… we took my mother here because she was having trouble catching her breath when she was coughing she had been diagnosed with covid a week prior. .Don’t go there. I say it again don’t go there the ER will treat you like dirt.

Please do not bring your family here. My husband almost died in this place. They’re were no doctor present during my husband’s stay only virtual and nurses and staff had no clue. I’d hate to see anyone’s loved one going through what we did..stay away please.
