Second visit and both times quick/no wait, amazing bedside manner and care. Can’t say enough about Dr. Darkazally as she was caring and explained everything thoroughly.

This was my 2nd visit to this Emergency Room, however most recent. I arrived around 5pm after experiencing some scary heart racing while sick with a stomach bug. I was immediately greeted, checked in, and called back. Within seconds of being placed in a room, there were 4 people working on me, including a tech, nurse, MA, and PA. It is a smaller ER, but they were able to run an EKG, do a bedside chest Xray, run labs, and provide IV fluids and medicine. If zero stars was possible, this would have none. Don’t waste your time. Came in for my husband, who was doubled over in pain, there was no one in the emergency room but us. An hour later, a gentleman walks in, who’s clearly not doubled over in pain, gets called in 5 minutes. I simply ask for an update, and get pointed to the other window to deal with the nurse, who proceeds to berate me and tell me to sit and wait. Got in a wreck a car t boned me running across the highway. Told them lower back pain and lost feeling in my 2 fingers on my right hand. Waited 2hrs still didn't get called back. If your hurt and need medical attention go elsewhere. This place will not I repeat will not get you help.
