Dr. Lund Howard did not have the time of day to treat let alone deal my baby not even more than a minute to explain what was going on then send a nurse an hour later, with discharge paper with nothing else explaining what was wrong.
Been waiting entirely way to long service sucks it does not take 4 hours to confirm flu nor get paper work there is only 2 people in the waiting room never coming back again
I have been here a few times, And have always been treated kindly, no judgement, and they are also quick.
So I came to the ER with my daughter today 07/12/2023 because she have been complaining about her belly hurting, and this place is closer to me so I decide to take her here at 11:00 Pm at night, I got here and the front desk was not friendly at all she seem like she hate her job, and then we waited until they call us back, we went into a room the nurse was nice, everything change once the Doctor came in he started saying that my daughter didn’t looked sick at all, basically telling me that she was faking it, and that she sho... read more
Great care for an ED. This is a smaller ED but they still had xray, ultrasound, CT and lab capabilities. We waited for about 45 minutes to be seen and spent about 3hrs getting care after getting to a room. Though that's a good chunk of our day, it was significantly less had we gone to a larger hospital's ED. This facility does have a few inpatient beds, but if you think you're sick enough to be admitted, I'd probably recommend just starting at a larger hospital.
