Absolutely the worst medical clinic in the city of Houston. Rude and incompetent staff, a doctor who doesn’t treat you like a human, and they contract with suppliers that will ignore you and not send you what you need. You’d honestly get better medical care from a glass of water.
Horrible. If you enjoy insurance billing mistakes, endless voicemail, nobody returning calls and a process that drags on for years, this is the medical practice for you. This is a nightmare practice and organization. Nobody returns calls and message sent through "Mychart" go unanswered. It's been 18 months of tangling with this organization trying to get a CPAP machine replaced by insurance. Insurance plays "move the carrot" and Baylor plays "not it today." If you want a sleep study go somewhere else. This office is disorganized and unprofessional. Getting a sleep study scheduled is a nightmare. It's been 20 days since my doctor's office first sent my referral. I called May 7 and left a voicemail. The recording says they will call in 72 business hours. This is a lie. I finally reach a human a week and a half later by calling repeatedly, but apparently the fax number my doctor's office had is indeed for the sleep center but they don't check that fax machine and I guess those fax... read more
