I had the great fortune to meet Dr. Lopez for severe plaque psoriasis. Had it over 80% of my body. She was the most amazing doctor I've ever met since this disease showed up in my life about 30 years ago. She was empathetic so knowledgeable that she explained some things. I didn't even know we're related to this autoimmune disease. She helped get me some medication through my insurance and it literally has changed my quality of life! Currently have no Plex on my skin and her and her staff were the most amazing people. They w... read more

I’ve seen many rheumatologists over the past 25 years and Dr. Lopez is without doubt the best of them all. She is not only very caring and diligent, but she has an innate ability to root cause issues and find effective treatments. The fact that the staff is so very pleasant is a rare bonus!

She kept interrupting me. All the data in the after visit summary is WRONG. And I wasn’t sent here for autoimmune diagnosis, I was sent here because of SAID (Systemic Auto Inflammatory Disease) . No treatment was discussed of any sort. She sent for knee X-ray when that’s NOT the problem. She didn’t even view the well documented photos my previous rheumatologist told me to show her for proof of the visible symptoms (because everyone already knows flares aren’t constant, they’re off and on), she ignored me when I tried to show... read more

HORRIBLY went wrong. Dr. Rashmi Maganti has the worst bedside manners ever. She began weight shaming me before getting to know me and this was my first appointment ever with her. She did not listen to me and all she cared about was her time with me as if she was on a set amount of minutes. All she did was ask if I had always been the weight I am and showed no concern for her hurtful words. I will never go back to her again. She was the second horrible doctor I have had since starting my care at Baylor College of Medicine. Sh... read more

I can not thank Dr.Lopez enough for everything she has done for me since she has become my rheumatologist! She takes the time to listen to all of your complaints, she explains each medication thoroughly from both its benefits and side effects. She is a provider who cares about her patients and their health. Dr.Lopez you are truly the best! I would recommend her to every single person seeking a rheumatologist.
