I have been a patient at BCM for last 20 years. I tried to make an appointment due to the cold and non-stop coughing but I was told that I can see the Dr on Tuesday and today is Friday. I have never been able to see a physician on the same day. On the recording, the director indicates same day appointment but none is available. Not for last 20 years. Today, I was told by receptionist to go to the urgent care. Terrible service and false advertisement.
