I called to make an appointment, I was asked if I’m paying out of pocket or do I have insurance. I told them what insurance I have and what plan I have and they still charged me a visit. So much that I cannot afford it and it has to be paid in full. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Was great
Doctor was great but is no longer there. Office people were horrific. If you never have to call the office, you’ll be fine. If you ever need to talk to a staff person or get information about the practice or get your medical records, avoid this practice if at all possible
One 1 star is too much... called for a whole week straight trying to get an appointment and someone was always suppose to call me back and couldn't even get that common courtesy. Called back several times within that week and had to explain my story over and over again every time I called to "see what hematolgist" I needed to see which made no sense to me but after 9 attempts within that week still didn't get anything resolved so trying somewhere else
