I contacted Troy Engel who is supossed to run this shop, I took my vehicle to him to have it repaired. I had my vehicle towed to Bayliss Auto Shop and told them I suspected the timing chain has failed, but I'm no mechanic. Troy Engel said he would inspect the vehicle and let me know what was going on. He would never contact me. I always had to try to contact him to get an update. I finally did get in touch with him and he confirmed the timing chain did fail and it resulted in blowing the heads.
