這是一件不誠信的商家！ 第一點提供浴缸 卻沒有足夠的熱水，一個人洗完就沒熱水了，打給Bev只說沒辦法你只能等到明天，並且不讓你講完電話便不客氣的掛掉電話 第二點扣取你的500押金，接近刁難的退房清潔 扣取你的押金！從圖片可以明顯看到廁所的灰塵來自於抽風未清潔，並且是在打掃人員動過後試圖拍出更嚴重髒亂的照片 以假亂真 真的不誠實 還有地上的灰塵，我們入住的四天都是洗完擺放回去並且倒垃圾前提是，我們已經付了清潔費在Booking.com 的房租裡面 第三點毀謗我們弄壞他的桌子，一開始我們退房的第四天我們主動聯絡為什麼沒有退回押金，房東傳第15張照片說我們損毀他的傢俱，到了爭論的第七天傳回第四張桌腳斷掉的照片，要如何讓人相信！ 前後不一樣的照片卻誣賴已經離開房子七天的我們！我們在溝通上已經提出全部的購買證據，我們沒買過膠水！圖片上明顯的膠水在我們一入住就有！而且在第一天的電話溝通裡面是房東Bev無情的掛斷電話並且不再給予任何服務的！ 第四點關於不誠信 在第7&8張的照片是同一間廁所，卻拍出不同的照片，很明顯 是客房打掃人員移動的，那要我們如何信服這些傢俱不是客房打掃人員造成的呢？ 第五點多次溝通後 住宿方Unwind Holiday Grace表示我... read more
