This guy does not even deserve to have his license. He does not even communicate with his clients. All he does is continue the cases. Until whatever happens to you. We had this man as a lawyer for almost 2 years and he did absolutely nothing did not file not even one motion. His paralegal is very nasty. Madison Hernandez needs more experience. She only has 3 years as a lawyer and after a $2,000 retainer did absolutely nothing but fail my daughter. I had a 1,000 page binder and the MAIN points were not used as evidence! I would strongly advise!
Why is your lawyer telling people they can break no contact order through a third party?
The staff and Mrs Hernandez have went above and beyond to help with my legal needs. I strongly refer them to be the best I've seen in our area in a long time.
